As an HR Generalist, you'll be a key part of our HR team, handling everything from day-to-day operations to hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance. You'll work closely with employees and management, with real ownership of how HR processes run.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave, and work-from-home tracking
- Respond to employee queries and make sure concerns are followed up and resolved on time
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job postings, ATS updates, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Handle onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, asset allocation, and system access
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, LOP, and reimbursements
- Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience/relieving letters and other relevant documents
- Support probation, confirmation, appraisal, and performance review cycles
- Coordinate with external consultants (CA/CS) for statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and PT
- Maintain accurate,



confidential employee records and HR trackers
- Plan and support employee engagement initiatives
- Support employer branding by coordinating social media content around company culture, celebrations, and milestones
- Oversee office administration, including vendor coordination, stationery and supplies, and asset and inventory records

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role, preferably in an IT/software company
- Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR processes
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and/or ATS or recruitment tools is a plus
- Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
