About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with initial HR experience to build a strong foundation in human resources. You will work closely with our team to support daily HR operations, assist in talent acquisition, and ensure a positive workplace experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Payroll Processing & Compliance: Assist in the monthly end-to-end payroll cycle, including calculating attendance, managing leave deductions, and supporting basic statutory compliance filings.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting jobs on portals (like LinkedIn), screening initial resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding & Induction: Coordinate joining formalities, verify documents, and assist in conducting orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.




- HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records, and manage the internal HR database to ensure all information is current and accurate.
- Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, internal communications, and company events.
- Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for basic employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, payroll, and benefits.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 year of proven experience or internship in an HR support role (exposure to payroll processing is a strong plus).
- Solid analytical skills with high attention to detail for payroll data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
