Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter / HR Executive for our car dealership operations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement activities, HR documentation, and overall HR operations for showroom, service, and back-office staff. The ideal candidate should have experience in automobile dealership hiring and robust knowledge of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for:
- Sales Executives
- Service Advisors
- Technicians
- CRM Executives
- Telecallers
- Back-office staff
- Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, and walk-ins
- Conduct screening and coordinate interviews
- Issue offer letters and appointment letters
- Manage onboarding and induction process

Payroll & Attendance

- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Coordinate payroll processing with accounts team
- Monitor incentives, overtime, deductions, PF & ESI
- Maintain employee salary records and HR MIS reports

Employee Engagement

- Organize employee engagement activities




- Handle employee grievances and support employee relations
- Maintain healthy workplace culture
- Coordinate training and motivational activities
- Conduct exit interviews and feedback sessions

HR Documentation & Letters

- Generate:
- Offer Letters
- Appointment Letters
- Confirmation Letters
- Warning Letters
- Experience Letters
- Relieving Letters
- Exit Documents
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance

Compliance & HR Operations

- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws & Shops and Establishment Act
- Maintain HR policies and employee database
- Prepare HR reports and manpower trackers
- Support audits and inspections

Required Skills

- Strong recruitment and communication skills
- Knowledge of payroll and attendance management
- Experience in employee engagement activities
- Good documentation and MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of HRMS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
- Any graduate with relevant HR experience can apply

Experience

- 1–4 years of HR experience
- Automobile dealership experience preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
