- Analyze hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) to optimize processes.

- Onboarding Support

- Ensure a seamless handoff to HR for onboarding.

- Sometimes directly assist in the early stages of employee integration.

- Talent Market Intelligence

- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

- Provide insights to influence hiring strategy.
