Starlink is seeking a dynamic HR Executive and Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from end to end, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

In addition to recruitment, you will also assist in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer process.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
- Support onboarding processes for recent hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.




- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies and programs.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help create a positive workplace culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.

Skills and Tools Required

- Proven experience in recruiting and HR functions, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruiting tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidates and evaluate recruitment metrics.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
