- Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making in areas such as recruitment, training, and employee retention.
- Conduct workforce analytics to assess trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving employee engagement and productivity.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HR systems and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
