Position: HR Assistant – Aerospace | Administration & Assistant to CEO

? Location: Bangalore

? Work Mode: Work from Office

? Experience: 2-5 Years

We are looking for a professional to support HR activities, aerospace recruitment, office administration, employee engagement,



and the CEO's day-to-day requirements while coordinating with different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with aerospace and engineering recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement and documentation.
- Support HR activities, attendance, leave records, and employee engagement.
- Handle office administration, documentation, and basic operational tasks.
- Assist the CEO with meetings, scheduling, reports, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with different departments and support daily activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering(BE,BSC,MSC,MBA,BCOM) or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of the aerospace and defence domain.
- Positive communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and multiple responsibilities.
- Experience in aerospace or engineering recruitment is an added advantage.
