Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housing Finance role based in Budaun. The role involves assessing home loan and loan against property applications, analyzing customer financial profiles, and evaluating creditworthiness in line with company policies. Daily responsibilities include reviewing documentation, verifying income and property details, preparing and interpreting basic financial statements, and supporting loan processing and disbursement.

The role requires regular interaction with customers to explain loan products, clarify terms and conditions, and address queries in a clear and professional manner.



The individual will collaborate with branch and credit teams to ensure timely processing, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and maintenance of accurate records. The position may also involve field visits for customer and property verification as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to evaluate loan applications, assess risk, and interpret financial information.
- Candidates should possess Finance and Accounting skills to understand loan structures, interest calculations, and basic financial documentation.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work with Financial Statements, including reviewing income, expenses, and repayment capacity.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in housing finance, retail lending, or banking is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local markets in and around Budaun and comfort with field-based customer interactions.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and the ability to work effectively in a branch-based team environment.
