Job Title: Horticulturalist Company: ETOR Ventures Etor Ventures are Looking for Horticulturalist they will be responsible for planning, implementing, supervising, and monitoring horticultural activities to ensure healthy plant growth, effective resource utilization, and high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Plan and supervise planting, cultivation, and landscape maintenance activities. Monitor soil health, irrigation, fertilization, and plant nutrition. Identify and manage plant pests, diseases, and other growth-related problems.
Crop Management Irrigation Scheduling Fertilisation Management Weed Management Coordinate procurement of plants, fertilizers, tools, and other horticultural materials. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain horticultural records. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
Implement sustainable horticultural practices and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Coordinate with project teams and suppliers to complete assigned activities within deadlines and budgets.
