Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sohna Haryana, Indore, Shivpur, Singrauli MP hiring for multiple positions: Sales Executive, HR Recruiter, Centre Manager, Counsellor, and Mobilizer. Team members will engage with clients and candidates, manage daily centre operations, and contribute to business growth and talent development.

Typical responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads, conducting outreach and follow-ups, coordinating interviews and hiring processes, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The roles also involve guiding learners and candidates, providing counselling and support,



organizing mobilization and outreach activities, and collaborating with training and management teams to achieve performance targets. All positions require close coordination with cross-functional colleagues to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales, client relationship management, and business development skills relevant to a Sales Executive role.
- Candidates should possess skills in talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment processes for an HR Recruiter position.
- Candidates should possess centre management skills, including operations oversight, team coordination, reporting, and target-driven performance for a Centre Manager role.
- Candidates should possess counselling and guidance skills, including learner support, career counselling, and professional communication for a Counsellor role.
- Candidates should possess community outreach, mobilization, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills for a Mobilizer role.
- Candidates should have solid written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in basic computer applications, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, education, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in training, staffing, or education services is an advantage.
- Proven ability to meet targets, maintain professional ethics, and interact respectfully with diverse groups of people is essential.
