Immediate requirement for Sr Recruiter/TL Recruitment - BPO Hiring

- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and maintaining trackers.
- Well experienced in bulk/BPO hiring
- Manage onboarding and documentation
- Should have experience in Lateral/NCSA Hiring
- Should be targe oriented
Requirements -
- Should have mandate 2-4 years of experience in BPO hiring
- Requires Bachelor s degree/MBA
- Must have solid communication, multitasking skills, and proficiency in MS Office/HR tools.
Languages Known - English with Hindi and any south language
Male candidates preferred
Immediate joiners required
Salary : 3-5lpa based on the experience and knowledge
