We are hiring skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions in the Civil Engineering Design domain.

1. Position: CAD Engineer Civil

- Freshers or Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Salary: 25,000 to 42,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

- Other relevant Civil Design Software

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and develop accurate 2D and 3D designs using relevant CAD software.
- Work on architectural, structural, and civil design projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications and design standards.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to implement design modifications and deliver quality outputs.
- Conduct software training for students and professionals, including college students and corporate employees.
- Provide technical support to students and industry professionals, assist in resolving software-related issues, and help learners identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Support batch management, maintain student engagement, build strong professional relationships, and contribute to the development of new technologies and training methodologies.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil CAD design.
- Proficiency in the required civil design software and a strong understanding of civil engineering drawings and design standards.
- Good communication, technical training, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to support students, manage assigned batches, and coordinate effectively with team members.

2. Position: HOD / Senior CAD Engineer Civil

- Experience:*Minimum 5 years
- Salary: 40,000 50,000 per month
- Salary Revision: Maximum 30% hike over current CTC, subject to suitability and company policy.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for the Civil Design and Training Department, overseeing departmental operations, staff performance, batch management, and training activities.
- Lead, supervise, and provide technical guidance to the CAD and design team while ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Review and approve civil, architectural, and structural drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Plan and conduct software training for students, college students, corporate employees, and industry professionals.
- Develop and implement new technologies, training methodologies, and industry-relevant learning programs to enhance departmental performance.
- Manage reporting, monitor team and student progress, and coordinate with management, project teams, and other departments.
- Provide technical support to students and industries, build strong professional relationships, and maintain rapport with students and corporate clients.
- Help students identify their strengths and weaknesses, guide them in improving their technical skills, and ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects and departmental responsibilities while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil design and CAD engineering.
- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, and other relevant civil design software.
- Proven leadership, team management, staff coordination, and departmental management skills.
- Experience in software training, student mentoring, corporate training, or technical support will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, reporting, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage departmental operations, guide team members, and deliver effective technical and training outcomes.
