Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AGM – Pharma Marketing (Neuro + Ortho) role based in Chennai. The role involves leading product management and marketing strategy for neuro and ortho portfolios, including brand planning, positioning, and lifecycle management.

The AGM will oversee market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer insights to drive differentiated marketing campaigns and sales support initiatives. Daily responsibilities include developing promotional materials, coordinating with sales teams and medical functions, managing launches, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards. The role also includes performance tracking, budget management, cross-functional collaboration,



and mentoring PMT team members, with a preference for immediate joiners and experienced Pharma PMT professionals.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in pharma product management (PMT) for Neuro and Ortho segments, including brand planning, portfolio management, and campaign execution.
- Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, market analysis, competitor mapping, and customer insight generation within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in developing promotional materials, medico-marketing content, and sales support tools in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in sales and marketing coordination, including training support for field teams, performance tracking, and ROI-focused initiative management.
- Solid understanding of pharma regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical marketing practices for prescription brands.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and field teams.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring junior PMT professionals and driving collaborative execution.
- Preferred qualification: Graduate in Science or Pharmacy with an MBA/PGDM in Marketing, and substantial experience in Pharma PMT; Neuro/Ortho portfolio experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work from Chennai in an in office capacity, manage multiple priorities, and join at short notice; compensation up to ₹30 LPA based on experience and fit.
