About the Role ( HCC CODING )

- Review and analyze patient medical records, physician documentation, and clinical reports to assign accurate ICD-10-CM.
- Ensure coding is compliant with client guidelines, CMS regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and resolve documentation gaps through appropriate queries and clarification processes.
- Maintain high productivity and quality standards while meeting daily coding targets.
- Perform chart audits and quality checks to identify coding discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of coding updates, payer guidelines, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with auditors, quality analysts, providers, and operational teams to address coding related issues.




- Ensure proper documentation support for all assigned diagnosis and procedure codes.
- Adhere to HIPAA, data privacy, and information security requirements.
- Must have experience in HCC Coding.

Qualifications

- Any Graduation

Required Skills

- 1 – 8 years of work experience in HCC Medical Coding.
- Certified or Non-Certified - Both can apply
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
