Key Skills:

- Strong experience in Business Analysis within Financial Services / BFSI.
- Experience in Economic Capital, Solvency II, Asset & Liability Management (ALM), or Financial Risk Management.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience in preparing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and data analysis; working knowledge of Excel/Python for data validation.
- Experience in risk modelling, risk aggregation, and stress-testing workflows.
- Experience in data mapping, data dictionaries, data validation, and integration requirements.
- Hands-on experience in UAT,



functional testing, and model validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments, including backlog management and sprint ceremonies.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial/actuarial methodologies.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.
- Experience working with European clients will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
