Role Description The Healthcare Specialist will work on-site in Maharashtra, India in a full time capacity, supporting health, safety, and wellness initiatives for the organization. This role includes providing basic medical support, offering first-aid or emergency response assistance when needed, and coordinating with external healthcare providers or emergency services.

The Healthcare

Specialist will help develop and deliver health-related training programs, including safety practices and emergency preparedness for team members.



Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring workplace health standards, maintaining medical supplies and records, advising on healthcare best practices in alignment with company activities, and communicating clearly with staff to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess healthcare-related skills, including Medicine and Healthcare knowledge.
- Candidates should possess emergency care and response skills, such as EMT training or equivalent experience.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and external medical professionals.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to design and deliver health, safety, and emergency preparedness sessions.
- Relevant certification or diploma in nursing, paramedical, EMT, or other healthcare disciplines is preferred.
- Experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or corporate wellness is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle urgent situations calmly and responsibly.
- Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and emergency procedures in Maharashtra, India is beneficial.
