About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, results-driven High-Ticket Sales Closer who can convert qualified prospects into paying clients through confident, consultative sales conversations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value deals, handling objections effectively, and consistently converting qualified leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct sales calls with qualified prospects and convert them into clients.
- Understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying motivations.
- Handle objections confidently and communicate the value of the offer.
- Maintain a strong closing rate and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects strategically to maximise conversions.
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records of calls and conversions.
- Maintain a professional and client-focused approach throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Proven experience in high-ticket sales and closing.




- Demonstrated ability to close qualified deals, with a target closing rate of 30–40%.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Confidence in leading sales conversations and asking for the close.
- A performance-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
