Role Description The Healthcare Specialist role at QWay Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.

The Healthcare

Specialist will support healthcare operations by applying clinical knowledge to review medical information, assist with revenue cycle and credentialing processes, and help ensure accurate documentation and compliance with relevant guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, clarifying medical and procedural information, and contributing to training and process improvements.



The role also involves communicating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, supporting healthcare-focused projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and confidentiality in all activities.

Qualifications

- Clinical and healthcare expertise, including knowledge of Medicine and Healthcare practices.
- Relevant emergency or clinical support exposure, such as EMT or similar training.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external clients.
- Experience in Training, mentoring, or supporting team members in healthcare processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health, Life Sciences) or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of healthcare operations, medical terminology, and documentation standards; familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a structured on-site environment in Chennai, with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to patient-centric outcomes.
- Comfort with technology and healthcare software; proficiency in basic office tools and willingness to learn new systems.
