(JD) – Head TPP (Third Party Products) | Broking Industry

Position: Head – Third Party Products (TPP)

Industry: Broking / Securities / Online Wealth Platform

Location: Mumbai (or as per business requirement)

Reporting To: Business Head / CEO

Role Purpose The Head – TPP will lead the Third Party Products business across online and offline channels, driving revenue growth through Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, PMS, AIF, NCDs and other wealth products. The role will be responsible for product strategy, distribution expansion, partner management, compliance alignment, and digital business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own overall P&L; for TPP business and drive AUM, revenue and profitability.
2. Build and scale distribution across branch/office sales teams and digital platforms.
3. Manage relationships with AMCs, insurers, PMS/AIF providers and product partners.
4. Drive sales productivity, incentive structures, and training initiatives for teams.
5. Work closely with Product, Tech and Marketing teams to improve digital journeys and conversion.
6. Develop product campaigns, customer segmentation strategies,



and cross-sell models.
7. Ensure adherence to SEBI/AMFI/IRDA guidelines and maintain compliance governance.
8. Track business performance through MIS, dashboards, and key KPIs.
9. Identify new product opportunities and launch wealth solutions for customers.
10. Lead and mentor teams, ensuring high performance and capability building.

Key Skills Required

1. Strong knowledge of MF, Insurance, Bonds, PMS, AIF, NCD products.
2. Proven leadership in wealth distribution / broking environment.
3. Digital business understanding and online conversion improvement experience.
4. Robust stakeholder management, negotiation and partner handling skills.
5. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and communication skills.

Experience & Qualification

1. 12+ years of experience in wealth/TPP/financial product distribution.
2. Prior experience in broking, securities, wealth platforms or banks preferred.
3. MBA/CA/Finance qualification preferred.
