Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bhopal, supporting the health-related content, initiatives, and audience engagement for Wake Up with Chris Donnelly. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and validating health and healthcare information for accuracy, collaborating with the host and production team to shape health-focused episodes and resources, and translating complex medical concepts into accessible language for a broad audience. The specialist will provide insights on current healthcare trends, contribute to training materials or workshops related to health and wellbeing,



and ensure that any health guidance aligns with ethical standards and best practices.

This role also involves clear communication with guests and partners, supporting community questions related to healthcare topics, and maintaining organized documentation of health-related content and references.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess core healthcare skills such as Medicine and Healthcare knowledge relevant to patient care, public health, or health education.
- Candidates should possess emergency response skills such as EMT experience or similar training in basic life support and emergency management.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills such as Communication and Training abilities to explain health concepts clearly and support learning.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or certification in medicine, nursing, allied health, public health, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience interpreting medical research, familiarity with health tech or digital health content, and commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice are advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate with creative and production teams, work independently on-site in Bhopal, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
