The role is for a Head - Talent Management & People Transformation for Dodla Dairy Group, based in Hyderabad and initially anchored within the Transformation Office. The mandate is to strengthen Dodla’s people architecture as the organisation moves from a founder-led, high-growth business to a more professionally governed and scalable enterprise. The role will focus on building a Group-level talent agenda across talent identification, succession planning, leadership development, capability building, performance management, employee engagement, HRBP enablement, culture anchoring, and people analytics.

The ideal candidate should bring 10-15 years of progressive HR / talent management experience, preferably from dairy, FMCG, agri-processing, food manufacturing, or consumer goods, with exposure to plant, field,



and multi-location workforces. The person should be a business-oriented talent leader who can partner with senior stakeholders, identify and develop future leaders, build succession depth for critical roles, create leadership development journeys, improve engagement, and strengthen managerial and functional capability. Success will be measured through improved succession coverage, stronger leadership pipelines, reduced manager-level attrition, higher engagement scores, sharper performance conversations, and measurable closure of critical capability gaps across the Group.
