Purpose/Objective
Head Content & Speechwriting will own the voice of the promoters in both its written and spoken form — accountable for every word published across digital platforms, and for the speeches delivered by the promoters at public events, summits, ceremonies and institutional engagements.
The role carries two connected mandates.
The first is digital: producing original content across all platforms — posts, captions, threads, scripts, subtitles and statements — written natively rather than translated, and carrying the principal’s voice with the same fidelity as the English output.
The second is oratorical: researching, structuring and drafting speeches and remarks for public delivery, calibrated to audience, occasion and setting.
Both mandates rest on a single discipline — a consistent, dignified and recognizable voice for the promoters.
Key Responsibilities of Role

- Build a repertoire of recurring themes, formulations and signature passages that establish a consistent and recognisable oratorical identity.
- Prepare delivery-ready drafts — correctly paced, annotated for emphasis, and structured for the speaker rather than the page.
- Produce supporting material as required: talking points, welcome and felicitation text, messages for publications, and short-form remarks.
- Incorporate feedback through multiple revision cycles under time pressure, including short notice engagements.
