- Developing and execute Category/Product Strategies:

The Head of Product Marketing shall be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies for the basket of products across Eastman brands. This includes identifying the target market, creating positioning strategies, and developing go-to-market plans. The incumbent shall also need to work closely with the sales team, R&D; team and Plants to ensure alignment with the overall business objectives.

- Product positioning and messaging:

The Head of Product Marketing is responsible for developing the right messaging and positioning for the company's products.



This involves understanding the customer needs and pain points and crafting compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.

- Competitive analysis:

The Head of Product Marketing needs to keep a close eye on the competition and conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This information is crucial for developing effective marketing strategies and positioning the company's products in the market.

- Product launches:
