We’re looking for a highly driven, result-oriented leader who can manage our complete sales team and oversee day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a sales team of 10-12 members.
- Drive revenue growth and direct team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily KRAs, KPIs, and team productivity.
- Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
- Manage pre-sales, after-sales, dietitians, lifestyle coaches, and other operational teams.
- Streamline workflows, implement SOPs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure accountability, timely execution, and seamless coordination across departments.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to scale business performance.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in sales management and business operations.
- Proven experience in team leadership and revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of CRM, sales funnels, KPIs, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication,



and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
