With our flagship boutique at Fairmont Jaipur, we're building a brand that brings together thoughtful curation, exceptional service, and operational excellence.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the business.

This is a cross-functional leadership role involving team management, HR, administration, business operations, and project execution. The individual will work closely with the founders, lead a team of approximately 6-7 members, and ensure smooth coordination, accountability, and timely execution across departments.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead and coordinate a team of 6-7 members across different functions.
- Delegate responsibilities, set priorities, monitor productivity, and ensure timely task completion.
- Conduct team reviews, maintain accountability, and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.

2. HR & Administration

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leaves, schedules, performance reviews, and company policies.
- Address employee concerns and manage general administrative and internal operational requirements.

3. Cross-Functional Business Operations





- Oversee coordination across Brand & Marketing, Design, Tech, Sourcing, Retail, and Business Operations.
- Manage internal workflows, approvals, follow-ups, deadlines, and departmental deliverables.
- Ensure seamless communication between teams and founders, proactively resolving operational bottlenecks.

4. Project & Vendor Management

- Track ongoing projects, priorities, timelines, and deliverables across departments.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, freelancers, and service providers.
- Oversee external communication, approvals, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.

5. Process & Systems Management

- Develop and streamline SOPs, workflows, trackers, and reporting systems.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, company standards, and reporting structures.

6. Founder Coordination & Business Support

- Act as the primary operational link between the founders and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates on team performance, project progress, and operational priorities.
- Support new initiatives, business planning, and execution of strategic objectives.
- Independently manage operational decisions and escalate critical matters when required.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Prior experience in operations management, team leadership, HR, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate departments, and independently oversee business operations.
- Strong organisational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing recruitment, employee processes, projects, and operational workflows.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
- Experience in startups, fashion, luxury retail, or growing consumer businesses is an added advantage.
