We’re hiring: HR Lead – Healthcare Hiring & Operations

Lifetime Health is growing, and we need someone who can help us build a strong healthcare workforce while keeping HR operations running smoothly.

This role is for someone who can own hiring end to end, drive bulk recruitment, and build reliable pipelines for nurses, caregivers, and physiotherapists.

You will work closely with our operations team to plan manpower, close hiring requirements, and ensure people are ready to join and deliver care.

What you’ll own

1. Healthcare Hiring — Bulk recruitment, sourcing, interviews, offer closures, and joining conversion.
2. Talent Pipelines — Build partnerships with nursing colleges, recruitment agencies, institutes, and referral networks.
3. HR Operations — Attendance, leave, onboarding, employee records, HR policies, and compliance.
4.



Workforce Planning — Work with operations to ensure the right people are available where they are needed.
5. People & Performance — Improve recruitment metrics, employee engagement, and retention.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, gets things done, and can balance hiring targets with the realities of running a growing healthcare business. Experience in healthcare, home healthcare, hospitals, or healthcare staffing is preferred. Strong bulk hiring experience, especially with nurses and caregivers, is key.
