We are looking for a Head of Business & Product Growth(ComplianceTech / SaaS / Business Services) who combines commercial leadership, product thinking, business development and an entrepreneurial mindset.

This is not a traditional sales management position.

We want someone who understands the Indian compliance services market, can identify commercial opportunities, develop new services, build sales processes and lead a team to execute them.

The ideal candidate has experience scaling a business unit, launching new products or services and taking ownership of revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Commercial Development

● Develop and execute WeeDoo's commercial growth strategy.

● Identify new revenue opportunities within India's corporate compliance and business services market.

● Build and optimise customer acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, and subscription revenue models.

● Take ownership of commercial performance, unit economics, and business growth.

Product & Service Development

● Identify unmet needs among Indian SMEs and business owners.





● Work with the technology and product team to turn market opportunities into scalable digital products and services.

● Develop and commercialise new compliance and business support services.

● Establish partnerships with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, legal professionals, and other service providers.

● Improve existing products based on customer feedback, conversion rates, and retention.

Sales & Team Leadership

● Build, manage, and motivate sales, customer success, and business development

● Work with customer support and sales

Total Years of Experience : 10 years

Relevant Years of Experience : 3 Years
