About the RoleWe are looking for a highly capable, business-minded leader who can oversee multiple business functions, drive revenue growth, improve team productivity, and manage end-to-end business execution.

The ideal candidate will act as the founder’s execution partner, ensuring all departments work efficiently toward the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales &

• Revenue: Manage sales teams, revenue targets, conversion rates, and growth strategies.
- Business Operations: Oversee daily operations, workflows, SOPs, and cross-department coordination.
- Marketing &

- Growth: Monitor marketing performance, lead generation, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition.
- HR &
- Team Management: Manage hiring, team productivity, performance reviews, KRAs, KPIs, and accountability.
- Business Analytics: Analyse dashboards, revenue reports, conversion metrics, and business performance.
- Social Media &
- Branding: Oversee content strategy, social media growth, brand positioning, and marketing execution.
- Customer Experience: Supervise pre-sales, after-sales, client servicing, and service delivery teams.
- Strategy &
- Execution: Convert business goals into actionable plans, lead daily meetings, solve operational challenges, and drive company-wide growth.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in business management, operations,



sales leadership, or a related leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales, revenue generation, marketing, HR, and business operations.
- Knowledge of business analytics, CRM systems, performance dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments, build systems, and take ownership of business outcomes.
- A solid all-rounder with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work closely with the founder and lead the organization toward its goals.
