Identify and secure suitable land for proposed renewable-energy projects through private land transactions, leases, aggregation arrangements and legally permitted government-allotted land routes.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential project locations and assess land availability.
- Coordinate landowner outreach, land aggregation and commercial negotiations.
- Evaluate title records, encumbrances, access rights and land-use restrictions.
- Coordinate cadastral surveys, site boundaries and preliminary site assessments.
- Assess local access, terrain, water and infrastructure constraints.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, surveyors and local authorities.
- Maintain landowner records, transaction documentation and status trackers.
- Ensure transparent dealings and appropriate stakeholder engagement.
Candidate requirements
- 10+ years in land acquisition, industrial land, infrastructure or renewable-energy development.
- Knowledge of Maharashtra land records and relevant land-use procedures.
- Experience coordinating legal title due diligence and land negotiations.
- Robust local stakeholder-management and documentation skills.
Pay: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
