Role Overview

Lead the interior design function from concept development to project execution, ensuring design excellence, client satisfaction, cost efficiency, and timely delivery across projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the interior design team across multiple projects.
- Oversee concept design, space planning, layouts, material selection, finishes, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with architecture, MEP, procurement, contracts, and site execution teams.
- Ensure designs align with client requirements, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and design submissions.
- Conduct client presentations and manage design approvals.
- Ensure design intent is maintained during site execution and resolve design-related issues.




- Drive design innovation, material research, and adherence to industry standards.

Desired Profile

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- 18- 20 years of relevant experience, preferably in turnkey contracting, high end residential, and corporate fit-outs.
- Strong leadership, client management, design coordination, and project execution skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of materials, finishes, BOQs, budgets, and site execution.
