Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hairdresser specializing in hair spa treatments, particularly Korean Hair Spa, to join our team at Pachouli Wellness Clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hair and scalp care, excellent client-handling skills, and expertise in delivering premium hair spa experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair spa treatments, with specialization in Korean Hair Spa.
- Assess clients’ hair and scalp conditions and recommend suitable treatments.
- Provide hair washing, conditioning, scalp cleansing, massage, and nourishing treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and equipment cleanliness.
- Explain treatment procedures and recommend appropriate hair care routines and products.
- Deliver personalized services to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain treatment records and ensure proper upkeep of the hair spa area.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Hairdresser, Hair Spa Therapist, or Hair Spa Specialist.
- Specialized knowledge or practical experience in Korean Hair Spa is highly preferred.
- Positive understanding of hair and scalp care treatments.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude.
- Ability to work at both assigned clinic locations in Jaipur.
Work Schedule
- 3 days a week: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
- 3 days a week: Nirman Nagar, Jaipur
- Working Days: 6 days a week
