Role Description The Guidewire QA with Claim Center Experience role is a full-time remote position focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of Guidewire Claim Center implementations and enhancements. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, performing functional, integration, and regression testing, and validating Claim Center configurations, workflows, and integrations. The role involves documenting defects, collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners, and supporting root-cause analysis and resolution.

The Guidewire QA qualified will also contribute to test planning, test data preparation, and continuous improvement of QA processes and standards within the project team.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for software applications, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to support compliance with project standards, best practices, and process improvements.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or comparable quality frameworks, demonstrating an understanding of structured, compliant quality environments.
- Hands-on experience testing Guidewire Claim Center (configuration, integrations, workflows, and rules) in insurance or claims-related projects.
- Proficiency with test management tools, defect tracking systems, and SQL or other data validation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and clear documentation skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
