We're hiring someone to own growth. Not a founder's office role with some growth on the side: this one is the growth job.

the role

Your first priority is organic growth. You'll help us reach more companies through SEO and GEO content (so Huzzle shows up on Google and in ChatGPT, Perplexity & co.), LinkedIn, partnerships, referrals, affiliates and influencer collabs.

It's very hands-on. You find the opportunities, decide what's worth testing, ship it, look at the numbers and learn. Plenty of things will start small. The job is turning the ones that work into channels we can rely on month after month.

Over time you'll build out the wider growth function too: paid campaigns, landing pages, email, sales decks and sales rooms, whatever moves the numbers.

what you'll do

- own our organic channels end to end: SEO, GEO, LinkedIn and content
- set up and grow partnerships, referral and affiliate programs, and influencer collabs




- run lots of experiments quickly, and kill the ones that don't work
- build landing pages and campaigns (paid too, once organic is working)
- track what's working with real numbers and share it with the team
- work closely with the founders and sales on what we go after next

No formal background requirements.

Experience with SEO/GEO content, partnerships, marketing campaigns or building an audience is a big plus. Mostly we care about how you think, work and learn.
