Salary: ₹15,000 onwards per month, depending on experience, skill level, creativity and overall versatility.

Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design & Creative Production

- Design high-quality social media posts, carousels, stories, banners and promotional creatives.
- Create marketing posters, offer creatives, advertisements and campaign visuals.
- Design creatives for multiple industries, including education, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, automotive and local businesses.
- Maintain brand consistency across different client accounts.
- Adapt designs according to campaign objectives, brand guidelines and target audiences.

2. Social Media Design

- Create visually engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Design content that is clear, professional, audience-focused and visually appealing.
- Work with the social media team to meet content calendars and publishing deadlines.
- Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and formats.

3. Video & Motion Content

- Basic video editing and short-form video creation will be an advantage.
- Create reel covers, video thumbnails, promotional layouts and easy motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI-based creative tools and video-generation workflows is preferred.

4. Advertising & Marketing Creatives

- Design creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital campaigns.
- Produce multiple creative variations for testing different messages, offers and visual approaches.




- Understand how design supports clicks, engagement, enquiries and conversions.

5. Brand Identity & Design Quality

- Follow brand guidelines, colours, typography and visual identity requirements.
- Maintain consistency across campaigns and client deliverables.
- Ensure correct spelling, alignment, image quality, dimensions and export formats.
- Take feedback constructively and make revisions within agreed timelines.

6. Team Collaboration & Execution

- Coordinate with the social media, SEO, advertising and website teams.
- Understand briefs, ask relevant questions and deliver designs with minimal supervision.
- Manage multiple client projects without compromising quality.
- Organise design files, source files, assets and final exports properly.
- Meet daily and weekly deadlines and communicate delays in advance.

Required Skills
- Strong visual design sense, layout, typography and colour coordination.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to create professional, original and platform-appropriate designs.
- Good understanding of social media formats and digital marketing creatives.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Willingness to learn new tools, follow feedback and improve design quality.




- A portfolio demonstrating actual design work is required.
