Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Content Craft is a full-time, in office position based in Nagpur.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital campaigns, including social media graphics, web banners, marketing collateral, and presentation materials aligned with client brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with strategists and content creators, developing design concepts, refining layouts, and preparing files for production and digital use. The role involves supporting branding initiatives, contributing to logo development and visual identity systems,



and ensuring design consistency across platforms.

Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, provide design input on creative strategies, and meet deadlines in a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating digital assets for marketing and branding campaigns.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing visual identity systems and brand-aligned design concepts.
- Solid understanding of Typography, with the ability to choose and apply type thoughtfully for readability and brand expression.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and a clear sense of visual style and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
