Role Context

We are looking for a highly creative, UI/UX and Graphic Designer who understands not just design execution, but the science, psychology, and business impact behind design decisions.

The ideal candidate should have started their career in Graphic Design and evolved into a UI/UX professional with strong product design exposure, preferably within a Fintech or tech product-based startup environment.

This role will lead the end-to-end design process across digital platforms and play a key role in shaping product experience and brand perception.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1️⃣End-to-End Product UI/UX Leadership

● Lead complete UI/UX design lifecycle for:

○ Websites

○ Landing pages

○ Web applications

○ Mobile applications

○ Digital campaigns

● Translate business goals into intuitive, scalable design solutions

● Deliver pixel-perfect, conversion-driven interfaces

2️⃣Product Design & Launch Ownership

● Design user journeys from concept to launch

● Create wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and UI kits

● Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams

● Participate in product launches as core design owner

● Improve usability, retention, and user engagement metrics

3️⃣Design Thinking & User Psychology

● Apply design thinking methodology

● Understand color psychology, typography science, visual hierarchy

● Balance aesthetics with usability and performance

● Create designs that influence user behavior and decision-making

5️⃣Innovation & Scalability

● Bring out-of-the-box thinking and creative experimentation

● Build scalable design systems

● Stay updated with global product design trends

● Introduce structured design processes within the organization

4️⃣Cross-Functional Brand & Content Alignment

● Align UI with brand identity and tone

● Work with content teams to ensure messaging consistency

● Support visual direction for social media and digital campaigns

● Ensure strong visual storytelling across platforms

Must Have Skills

● Strong portfolio demonstrating product-based UI/UX work

● Experience in Fintech or Product-based startup

● Proven experience designing and launching live products

● Expertise in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch / Creative Suite

● Wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing experience

● Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles

● Experience designing multi-product ecosystems

● User journey mapping & interaction design expertise

● Ability to think from business + user perspective

Good To Have

● Knowledge of content strategy & storytelling

● Exposure to social media design frameworks

● Experience building design systems from scratch

● Basic understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS)

● Experience working in rapid-paced startup environments

● A/B testing and conversion optimization knowledge
