We are looking for creative professionals with real-time industry exposure in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-powered content creation to train and mentor students through practical, industry-oriented projects.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Train students to create high-quality social media creatives, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, infographics, and marketing materials.
- Train students in creating engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, Facebook videos, and other short-form content.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, or equivalent professional tools.
- Mandatory knowledge of AI tools, including video generation platforms such as Runway, Kling, Pika, or equivalent tools.
- Practical knowledge of AI prompting, output refinement, visual consistency, storytelling, typography,



animation, and sound design.
- Train students in transitions, subtitles, sound effects, background music, color correction, and color grading.
- Teach video optimization for different platforms, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
- Experience creating performance marketing video ads with compelling hooks and clear calls to action.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, practical tasks, and real-world projects.
- Robust communication, mentoring, creativity, and time-management skills.

Eligibility

- 2–5 years of relevant experience with mandatory real-time industry or client-project exposure.
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is added advantage.
