With in-house capabilities spanning survey, design, supply, and installation, P&G; Geohazard Solutions offers end-to-end services for geohazard protection systems. All solutions are developed and implemented in alignment with EOTA (European Organization of Technical Approval) guidelines, ensuring high technical standards and reliability for clients.

Role Description The Graduate Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The trainee will support project planning and execution for geohazard protection solutions, including coordinating surveys, assisting in data collection, and working with design teams on basic analyses and documentation.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports and presentations, tracking project timelines and deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, supply chain, and site installation teams. The role also involves learning company processes,



participating in client meetings or internal reviews as needed, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in operations and project management. The trainee will be expected to develop a strong understanding of geohazard solutions, international guidelines, and company standards while gradually taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to interpret technical data and project documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with engineering teams, site staff, and external partners.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support project coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with basic engineering or GIS software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Management, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability and willingness to work in office, visit project locations when required, and adapt to field and office environments.
- Interest in infrastructure, natural hazard mitigation, sustainability, and international standards for protection systems.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working under guidance while gradually taking on more responsibility.
