Job Title - Google Cloud Alliance Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Alliance Manager to strengthen and expand our strategic partnership with Google Cloud. The role requires expertise in alliance management, cloud ecosystem engagement, co-sell motions, and business development to drive cloud transformation and AI-led growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute the Google Cloud alliance strategy and annual business plan.
- Build and manage relationships with Google Cloud business, sales, and technical teams.
- Drive joint account planning, pipeline creation, and co-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, and practice teams to accelerate cloud-led engagements.
- Leverage Google Cloud partner programs, funding mechanisms, and marketplace opportunities.
- Enable field teams on Google Cloud offerings, solutions, and joint value propositions.
- Support strategic pursuits, proposals, and customer discussions.
- Track alliance success through pipeline, bookings, revenue,



and partner engagement metrics.
- Identify emerging opportunities around AI, data, analytics, and cloud modernization.
- Represent the organization in partner forums, events, and executive-level discussions.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Alliance Management, Cloud Partnerships, Technology Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven experience working with Google Cloud or related hyperscaler ecosystems.
- Robust understanding of Google Cloud services, AI, Data, Analytics, and Cloud Migration solutions.
- Experience driving co-sell motions and managing partner-led opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of cloud marketplaces, partner funding programs, and alliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Google Cloud certifications preferred.
