Lead the Finance function for a high-growth manufacturing business, partnering closely with the CFO and business leadership to drive commercial performance, strategic decision-making, financial planning, governance, and business transformation.

Client Details The organisation operates in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector in Mumbai.

Description

- Lead the Finance function.

- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, profitability analysis and business performance reviews.

- Partner with business and sales leadership to improve margins, pricing decisions, profitability and overall financial performance.

- Own cash flow planning, treasury operations, banking relationships and liquidity management.

- Drive working capital optimisation across receivables, inventory and payables to improve cash conversion.

- Oversee financial reporting, audits, taxation and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Deliver actionable management insights through dashboards, MIS and performance analytics.





- Support strategic initiatives including business expansion, capital allocation, investments and growth projects.

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team while driving process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.

Profile

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- CA qualification mandatory.

- 15 years of post-qualification experience.

- Robust manufacturing sector background.

- End-to-end finance leadership across FP&A;, Controllership, Commercial Finance, Treasury & Tax.

- Proven business partnering and P&L; management experience.

- Big 4 experience preferred.
