Role Description The Global Accounting Specialist – UK Accounts will manage end-to-end accounting and reporting activities for UK-based clients in a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, posting and reconciling journal entries, and maintaining accurate ledgers in alignment with UK accounting standards and client policies.





The specialist will work extensively with accounting software to process transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, support month-end and year-end close, and assist in audits and compliance reporting. The role also involves collaborating with client teams, analyzing financial data to identify variances or trends, and providing timely, accurate management information. The specialist is expected to contribute to process improvements, uphold quality and confidentiality standards, and support training and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

- Robust understanding of Finance and ability to interpret and analyze Financial Statements.
- Hands-on experience with Accounting Software and proficiency in posting and reconciling Journal Entries (Accounting).
- Proven Analytical Skills to review financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide insights.
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of UK accounting practices and regulations, including statutory reporting and compliance.
- Attention to detail, high accuracy in data handling, and strong organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-border teams.
- Prior experience in outsourced or shared services environments, especially with international clients, is preferred.
