Job Purpose The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Mechanical will undergo structured on-the-job training in production, fabrication, manufacturing processes, quality, and shop-floor operations. The role is intended to develop technical and operational capabilities required for a career in Production and Manufacturing.

The trainee will work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to understand production processes, machinery, fabrication activities, quality requirements, safety practices, and production documentation. Key Responsibilities

The trainee will work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to understand production processes, machinery, fabrication activities, quality requirements, safety practices, and production documentation. Key Responsibilities

Production & Shop-Floor Operations

Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing activities.

Support supervisors and engineers in monitoring shop-floor operations.

Understand production processes, work instructions, and manufacturing flow.

- Assist in achieving daily production targets and planned schedules.

Fabrication & Manufacturing
- Gain hands-on exposure to fabrication, welding, cutting, drilling, assembly, and related

manufacturing activities.
- Understand the manufacturing process of scaffolding and formwork products.
- Observe machine operations and assist in maintaining process discipline.

Quality & Process Compliance
- Support quality checks and understand basic inspection requirements.
- Follow approved SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Report process deviations or production issues to the concerned senior.

Production Planning & Reporting
- Assist in maintaining production records and daily reports.
- Support production tracking and material movement monitoring.
- Learn basic production planning, manpower utilization, and productivity monitoring.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams as required.
- Support senior team members in resolving routine production-related issues.

Required Skills & Competencies ✓ Strong fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering.

✓ Basic understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.

✓ Basic knowledge of welding, cutting, assembly, and shop-floor operations.

✓ Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

✓ Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

✓ Good communication and teamwork skills.

✓ Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

✓ Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
