Designation- General Manager - Civil

Job Location- Delhi

Qualification required: Btech/Diploma in Civil

Minimum work experience required: 18 years

Should have experience in highways & bridges

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Monitoring the progress of various work sites of the company.
- Preparing Presentations for Management Review Meetings and Performance Review Meetings.
- Conducting official correspondence with the clients with respect to the progress/bottlenecks of the ongoing projects.
- Finding new works, procuring recent tenders, making the estimates of the tenders, etc.
- Sourcing manpower such as labour contractors, petty contractors, etc., finalizing the rates with them.
- Liasioning with various government departments to obtain necessary permissions.
- Doing planning and construction programs for various worksites for timely execution.




- Coordination of Key Projects for Procurement & Resource Planning for timely completion of projects.
- Formulating claims for variations, price escalation, extension of time, compensation for extended stay, etc.
- Ensuring timely receipt of Practical Completion Certificate, closure of final bills & claims, return of contractual guarantees, receipt of Final Completion Certificate and contractual closure of project in all respects.
- Taking care of ongoing arbitrations of the company or any other litigations with respect to contracts, advise on legal matters, disputes, etc.
- Compiling backup documentation for any Dispute resolution/ Arbitration proceedings, in consultation with the Executive Director at HO.
