Role & Responsibilities

- Examine patients and diagnose conditions requiring surgical intervention.

- Perform general surgical procedures in accordance with medical standards and the patient's clinical condition.

- Evaluate patients before surgery and determine appropriate surgical treatment plans.

- Conduct pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative care and follow-up.

- Manage surgical emergencies and provide timely medical intervention when required.

- Monitor patients' recovery and manage post-surgical complications.

- Coordinate with anesthesiologists, physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Explain surgical procedures, potential risks, benefits, and recovery plans to patients and their families.

- Maintain accurate medical records, surgical notes, and patient documentation.

- Follow infection control protocols, patient safety guidelines, and medical ethics.

- Ensure safe surgical practices and adherence to applicable clinical standards.

- Contribute to maintaining high-quality surgical services at Brij Chikitsa Sansthan, Mathura.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: MS / DNB in General Surgery from a recognized medical institution.

- Must have valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the respective State Medical Council.

- Prior experience in general surgery will be preferred; fresh MS / DNB candidates may also apply.

- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in surgical assessment and patient management.

- Good decision-making, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle surgical emergencies and post-operative complications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Commitment to patient safety, ethical medical practices, and quality healthcare.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary medical team.

- Job Location: Brij Chikitsa Sansthan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

- Employment Type: Full-time / Part time, depending on mutual agreement.
