Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Game Developer.

The Game

Developer will design, develop, and maintain interactive games, translating game concepts into efficient, high-quality code. Daily responsibilities include implementing gameplay features, optimizing performance, debugging issues, and collaborating with designers and other developers to refine game mechanics and user experience. The role also involves reviewing technical requirements, contributing to design documentation, and ensuring that games are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with project objectives.

Developer will participate in code reviews, follow best practices, and continuously improve systems and tools used in game development.

Qualifications

- Strong programming skills, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming fundamentals.
- Experience in Game Programming and Gameplay Programming, with the ability to implement and optimize game logic and systems.
- Proficiency in Game Design principles, including player experience, balancing, and level or systems design.
- Hands-on experience with one or more game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot) and relevant frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with 2D/3D graphics, physics engines, or mobile/PC/console deployment is an advantage.
