We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Retail Sales Executive to join our factory outlet team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in furniture sales, customer service, and retail showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their furniture requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain furniture products, features, materials, designs, quality, and pricing.
- Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Recommend suitable furniture for homes, bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, and offices.
- Maintain product displays, showroom presentation, and cleanliness.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls or WhatsApp to close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
- Coordinate with the billing, delivery, and inventory teams.




- Maintain positive customer relationships and provide a positive shopping experience.

Requirements & Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in furniture, home interiors, and retail sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Ability to explain products confidently and negotiate with customers.
- Sales-oriented mindset and willingness to achieve targets.
- Previous experience in furniture sales, retail sales, showroom sales, or home furnishing sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
