- Functional Testing Lead

- Strong expertise in Vector CANoe/CANalyzer for simulation, signal validation, and diagnostics testing
- Hands-on in functional testing, validation, regression and integration testing across SDLC/STLC lifecycle
- Skilled in automation framework development using C/C++ and scripting (CAPL preferred) for test execution
- Experience in automating CAN signal validation and ECU communication testing
- Ability to design and execute test cases, test plans, and requirement traceability

2) Technical & Tool Expertise
- Strong programming knowledge in C and C++
- Good understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, UDS, Ethernet)
- Expertise in log analysis, debugging, and defect root cause analysis
- Experience with test benches, HIL/SIL setups, and validation environments

3) Team Lead / Management Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of test engineers with task allocation and progress tracking
- Drive multi-project execution with robust multi-tasking capability
- Conduct technical reviews, daily/weekly status meetings, and quality checks
- Own defect management lifecycle and ensure timely closure
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, hardware, vendors)
