We're looking for a high-agency Software Engineer in Bangalore who has shipped real products used by customers and enjoys owning systems end-to-end.

Requirements

- Around 5 years or less of engineering experience.

- Strong evidence of shipping production software used by real users.
- Experience owning reliable, unattended production systems.
- Solid product thinking: understand users, workflows, and business impact.
- Production experience with LLMs / AI agents is a strong plus.
- High-ownership founders, side-project builders, and open-source contributors are especially interesting.
- Ability to explain what broke, how you detected it, and how you improved system quality.
