About the role

We are looking for a technically skilled and organised Full Stack Developer / Tech Coordinator to manage development projects, maintain internal technology infrastructure, oversee website security, and coordinate technical delivery across the Atraski Group.

The role involves working across multiple technology stacks, managing internal systems, supporting client requirements, and ensuring the timely delivery and reliable performance of websites and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should combine solid development skills with problem-solving, project coordination, and client communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

Development and project delivery

- Manage end-to-end development and maintenance across MERN stack applications, WordPress websites, and Shopify stores.
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and MySQL integrations.
- Work with Shopify Liquid, CLI, APIs, and other relevant tools for customisation and development.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, marketplace listings, and other technical enhancements within agreed timelines.
- Test, debug, optimise, and validate all deliverables before final handover.
- Improve development turnaround time by streamlining workflows and documenting technical standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Track project progress and delivery timelines through Odoo and Excel or Google Sheets.

Internal infrastructure and technology security
- Manage technical onboarding for employees, including Google Workspace accounts, Gmail IDs, and Microsoft 365 configurations.
- Maintain access controls and permissions across websites, servers, databases, and other digital assets.
- Monitor website and server security, identify vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate preventive measures.




- Report security risks, bugs, and operational issues promptly to the Founder’s Office.
- Administer internal tools, including Odoo, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Maintain data confidentiality, system integrity, and reliable access to company technology resources.
- Coordinate hosting, server maintenance, backups, and website migrations as required.

Client coordination and technical support
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned external clients.
- Gather technical requirements, clarify project scope, and communicate timelines and progress updates.
- Coordinate with the At Buzz team to implement technical improvements that support client growth and performance.
- Work on website speed optimisation, automation triggers, conversion funnels, and other technical enhancements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Ensure technical deliverables meet agreed requirements and client expectations.

Multi-brand technology management
- Manage website maintenance, technical updates, and marketplace integrations for internal brands, including At Stay, Jheeni, Vit & Chic, and Woodhouse Herbals.
- Support marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Coordinate website migrations between platforms, including Magento, WooCommerce, and Shopify.
- Monitor website performance, hosting reliability, and overall system health.
- Ensure consistent technical standards across internal brands and external client platforms.

Process management and compliance
- Execute technical tasks within the company's established SOPs and operational frameworks.
- Maintain documentation for development processes, access permissions, system configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to improving internal technical processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support business requirements and client deliverables.




- Take ownership of assigned technical responsibilities and adapt to evolving business and technology needs.

What we're looking for

- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development, including MERN stack, WordPress, and Shopify.
- In-depth knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Shopify Liquid.
- Strong understanding of MySQL, MongoDB, and REST API integrations using JSON/XML.
- Experience with custom WordPress themes, plugins, Shopify customisation, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with hosting management, server maintenance, website migrations, and security practices.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Experience with Odoo or similar project and workflow management tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Project delivery: Achieve 100% on-time delivery of assigned projects and technical updates, tracked through Odoo or the designated project tracker.
- Technology security: Maintain strong security practices, promptly address identified vulnerabilities, and ensure timely setup of employee technology accounts.
- Client satisfaction: Maintain professional client communication, timely issue resolution, and effective technical support for client retention.
- System performance: Work towards maintaining 99.9% uptime and website load times below three seconds across managed platforms, wherever infrastructure and external dependencies permit.
