ShriDhi Softwares is hiring Full Stack Developer (0–1 years) | Kolhapur

We are a Kolhapur software company (Build • Learn • Grow). We build web apps for local businesses and run IT training from the same office. We need a junior full stack developer who writes working code, debugs calmly, and is hungry to learn.

What you will do

- Build and maintain web applications using Angular and Next.js
- Design and build REST APIs in NestJS (Node.js) modules, controllers, services, DTOs
- Work with PostgreSQL schema, queries, and data fixes
- Containerise and run services with Docker
- Write unit tests for critical logic (frontend and NestJS services)
- Deploy and support apps on AWS
- Use Git daily branches, commits, pull requests
- Use Cursor and other AI coding tools productively and review AI output before you ship it
- Trace bugs end-to-end (UI → NestJS API → database → logs) and fix the root cause

Must-have skills
- Angular
- Next.js
- NestJS (Node.js) backend API design
- REST API knowledge (design + integration)




- PostgreSQL
- Docker
- Unit testing
- Git
- Working knowledge of AWS
- Cursor / AI-assisted development
- Strong debugging skills

Who you are

- 0–1 years of experience (strong internships / projects count)
- Sharp you read errors, isolate the problem, and verify the fix
- Willing to learn new tech stacks as client work requires
- Flexible on hours when a delivery or production issue needs you
- Comfortable in a small team you own the task, not just your ticket

Nice to have

- CI/CD basics (GitHub Actions)
- Auth (JWT / sessions)
- Linux command line
- Any live deployed project on GitHub

Location: Kolhapur (office-based)
